FAD. Opinion Networks

FAD. Opinion Networks was established to identify, itemise and prompt discussion on some of the problems that concern the public. The project, which is in virtual format, takes a fresh approach and uses the potential of Internet and new technologies. The aim is none other than to generate information based on different postures and knowledge and thus to establish well-grounded opinion on each subject, for the use and the benefit of everyone. In short, broad sectors of society are involved in producing an idea for a possible and affordable city, thus diminishing the lead role often played by the authorities in this sphere.

The opinions of the people who express themselves in the FAD. Opinion Networks appear on the website in the form of voice capsules that users may listen to directly. It is also possible to subscribe to and receive all new opinions either directly by e-mail or on the corresponding audio manager. This is a good way to keep up with the debate prompted by the FAD. Opinion Networks.

Technically, the project is committed to using free software programs developed in collaborative networks in which different people enter the code provided to the public on a disinterested and free basis. Here again, the FAD takes a stance, through the use of non-commercial programs that allow the most to be made of all the advantages of the Internet without copyright restrictions. They feature among the many organisations that use the simple and efficient weblog structure as a way to disseminate information and prompt opinion.
